This Section applies solely when the Processing of Personal Information by Supplier or its Authorized Subprocessors involves a Transfer from a Member State within EEA or Switzerland to Supplier or its Authorized Subprocessors (i) located outside the EEA or Switzerland and (ii) not covered by an Adequacy Decision.
