Restricted Transfers of EEA Personal Data. Where a Restricted Transfer of EEA Personal Data terminates in a jurisdiction that has been the subject of a valid adequacy decision, adopted by the European Commission on the basis of Article 45 of the GDPR, that provides that the receiving jurisdiction ensures an adequate level of protection, no other transfer mechanism shall be necessary. In all other cases, Restricted Transfers of EEA Personal Data shall be conducted pursuant to the Standard Contractual Clauses, or SCCs. Where applicable, this DPA incorporates the SCCs by reference, and the Parties are deemed to have accepted and executed the SCCs in their entirety, including the associated annexes.
