Common use of Restricted Transfers Clause in Contracts

Restricted Transfers. 8.1 The Parties understand and agree that Personal Data processed in accordance with this DPA may be transferred to respectively accessed from countries outside of the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland by Us, Our Affiliates and Sub-processors when providing the Services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
