Common use of Restricted Unit Award Clause in Contracts

Restricted Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to the Executive (the “Award”), effective as of January 1, 2010 (the “Date of Grant”), an award of 15,000 restricted Units, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan, which is incorporated herein by reference, and in this Agreement, including, without limitation, those restrictions described in Section 2 (the “Restricted Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to execution by the Executive of this Agreement.

Restricted Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to the Executive this award (the “Award”), effective as of January 1______________, 2010 20____ (the “Date of Grant”), which is an award of 15,000 ___________ restricted Units, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan, which is incorporated herein by reference, and in this Agreement, including, without limitation, those restrictions described in Section 2 (the “Restricted Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to the execution by the Executive of this Agreement.

Restricted Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to the Executive (the “Award”), effective as of January 1June 13, 2010 (the “Date of Grant”), an award of 15,000 12,500 restricted Units, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan, which is incorporated herein by reference, and in this Agreement, including, without limitation, those restrictions described in Section 2 (the “Restricted Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to execution by the Executive of this Agreement.
