Restricted Uses. Without limiting the unsupported or prohibited use cases identified in the Stripe Identity Permitted Businesses list, you must not, and must not enable or allow any other party to:
(a) modify the Stripe Identity Services in any way, including by changing
Restricted Uses. THE SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE.
Restricted Uses. Customer will not (i) sell, resell, or lease the Services; (ii) use the Services for activities where use or failure of the Services could lead to physical damage, death, or personal injury; or (iii) reverse engineer the Services, nor attempt nor assist anyone else to do so, unless this restriction is prohibited by law.
Restricted Uses. 8.1 In relation to the Product Software, you warrant, represent and undertake that you shall:
(i) only use the Product Software with the license key, if the Product Software is subject to the use of a license key;
(ii) not use the Product Software with any other third party hardware and/or software;
(iii) not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Product Software, whether in whole or in part, or any content displayed on the Product Software;
(iv) not copy (except as expressly permitted by this Agreement), enhance, decompile, modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer, attempt to derive the source of code of any part of the Product Software;
(v) not copy (except as expressly permitted by this Agreement), reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit the whole or any part of the Product Software in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement;
(vi) not use any part of the Product Software to establish any independent data files, databases, compendiums or any other reference materials except to the extent such foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable laws or applicable open source license to, and only to, any open source software component that is incorporated into the Product Software (if any). Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of Eaton;
(vii) not access or view Product Software in order to build a similar or competitive product or service to the Product Software;
(viii) not provide false data including false names, addresses, contact details and fraudulent credit card/debit card details;
(ix) not enter into fraudulent or deceptive interactions or transactions with Eaton (which shall include entering into interactions or transactions purportedly on behalf of a third party where you have no authority to bind that third party or you are pretending to be a third party);
(x) not use the Product Software in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or has any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose or effect;
(xi) not use the Product Software except in conjunction with the operation of Eaton products to which the Product Software pertains or other products described by Eaton in the Documentation;
(xii) not sell any products or services purchased through Eaton, without Xxxxx’x express permission;
(xiii) not intercept communications transmitted by way of a telecommunications ...
Restricted Uses. The User agrees NOT to do any of the following:
8.1 Hire a Bike if under the age of 18.
8.2 Hire a bike if the User has any physical or mental condition which restricts the safe use of the Bike.
8.3 Hire a bike while carrying any item that impedes the User’s ability to ride the Bike.
8.4 Hire a bike whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance which impairs the User’s ability to safely ride a Bike.
8.5 Use a mobile phone or other device to send or receive text messages or phone calls or to play music which would distract the User from safely operating the Bike.
8.6 Allow any other person to use the Bike or allow more than one person to be carried on the Bike.
8.7 Use a Bike that is defective or in need of repair.
8.8 Continue to the use the Bike if it should become defective.
8.9 Use the Bike for tricks, racing, jumping or stunt riding.
8.10 Use the Bike for commercial purposes.
8.11 Tow, pull, carry or push any person or object with a Bike.
8.12 Remove any accessories, branding, parts or components of any Bike.
Restricted Uses. You must not, and must not enable or allow any other party to, access or use the Stripe Data Pipeline Services and Stripe Data (a) for any purpose other than the purpose for which it is provided; or (b) in violation of any Law or Services Terms. If any Stripe Data is made available through the Stripe Data Pipeline Services, you must use that Stripe Data only for security or fraud prevention purposes or as Stripe otherwise agrees in writing. Upon Stripe’s request, you will demonstrate your compliance with this section to Stripe’s reasonable satisfaction.
Restricted Uses. Customer will not and will ensure that its End Users do not: (i) sell, resell, or lease the Services; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to reverse engineer the Services, nor assist anyone else to do so; or (iii) use the Services in any way that infringes, misappropriates or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of any person, or that violates any applicable law.
Restricted Uses. The following commercial uses, even though permitted within the MU-9A zone as a matter-of-right or with special exception approval, will not be permitted in the Project: sexually-oriented business establishment; a check-cashing establishment; a bail-bond establishment; a pawnbroker; a marijuana dispensary; a mattress store; or a head/smoke/vape shop. The Developer further agrees to enter into a lease with no more than one bank or financial institution at the Project. If a bank or financial institution does lease space at the Project, then its leased frontage on Wisconsin Avenue will be limited to 33 feet. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a tenant otherwise prohibited in this paragraph is permitted in the Project if the ANC supports it, as demonstrated by the adoption of a formal resolution.
