An unlimited number of Users that you identify within your organization may access your Premium Access account and download Licensed Material. The User that downloaded the Licensed Material may use the Licensed Material themselves and may share the Licensed Material amongst others in the organization when jointly working on projects. Storing Licensed Material/DAM Rights. Each User may store the Licensed Material on their personal devices only. You may not store the Licensed Material on a shared server, digital asset management system or otherwise create a library with the Licensed Material for your company (or other legal entity). This restriction refers to the raw file of Licensed Material, not the project or end use. Indemnification.
