Common use of RESTRICTION AGAINST ADDITIONAL TAKAFUL/INSURANCE Clause in Contracts

RESTRICTION AGAINST ADDITIONAL TAKAFUL/INSURANCE. The Chargor shall not except at the request or with the consent in writing of the Chargee effect or maintain any Takaful/insurance against any risk in respect of the Property when the Chargee has effected or has maintain such Takaful/insurance.
