Restriction on Access. The Lessor or its employees may access the Leased Premises with third parties during appropriate hours for the purpose of maintenance inspection, sanitation, fire and crime prevention, rescue, or showing the Leased Premises to prospective tenants before the end of the Lease Term with prior notice to the Lessee.
