Restriction on Business. If the provisions of any of Articles 11, 12, 13 or 14 become applicable, then from such date until the Time of Closing (as defined in the particular Article) the Shareholders shall not do nor permit to be done anything except that which is in the ordinary course of business of the Corporation.
