Restriction on Change Order for Extension of Delivery Date. Seller shall not be entitled to a Change Order for an extension of time under the Agreement and/or reimbursement of Costs to the extent that such extension or reimbursement is due to any act, omission or default on the part of Seller or any Subcontractor.
