Restriction on Conduct of Business of the Company. From the Execution Date through the earlier of the termination of this Agreement or the Effective Time, except as permitted by the terms of this Agreement, or as otherwise consented to in writing by Parent, the Company shall not do, cause or permit any of the following, with respect to itself or any of its subsidiaries:
