Restriction on copying. Licensee shall make no copies (including any derivatives) of the Programs, or any part thereof, except that Licensee may make one (1) copy of the Program solely for the purposes of backup and archival storage. All copies shall be clearly marked by Licensee with the same Licensor proprietary and copyright restrictions which appear on the Programs originally supplied to Licensee, and be stored by Licensee in a secure manner.
