Restriction on CSC Sample Clauses

Restriction on CSC. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, CSC shall not (i) cause or permit a Transfer of any Shares to be made on its books, (ii) issue any shares of capital stock of CSC, whether by original issue or in connection with the sale of shares now or hereafter held in CSC's treasury, whether by sale, pursuant to a merger or otherwise, (iii) issue any warrants, options or other rights to subscribe to or purchase additional capital stock of CSC, (iv) create any securities, instruments or rights convertible into capital stock of CSC, or (v) purchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any shares of capital stock of CSC, unless any of the foregoing are expressly permitted by the terms of this Agreement, subject in any event to the rights of the Shareholders hereunder, if any.
