Notwithstanding the foregoing, any use of the Licensed Formulas in Revlon’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ or any of its or their licensees’ products in existence as of the Effective Date are expressly permitted and shall not be a violation of the restriction set forth in this Section 5.5.2 or a breach of the License.
