Common use of Restriction on Documents and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Documents and Equipment. All Confidential Information, documents, and equipment relating to the business of Emulex, whether prepared by Employee or otherwise coming into Employee's possession, are the exclusive property of Emulex, and must not be removed from any of its premises except as required in the course of employment with Emulex. All such Confidential Information, documents, and equipment shall be promptly returned by Employee to Emulex upon the request of Emulex, and on any termination of Employee's employment with Emulex.
