Common use of Restriction on Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Enforcement. Second Lien Creditors Subject to Clause 8.12 (Permitted Enforcement: Second Lien Creditors), no Second Lien Creditor shall be entitled to take any Enforcement Action in respect of any of the Second Lien Liabilities prior to the Senior Secured Discharge Date.
