Common use of Restriction on Investment Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Investment. Other than (a) the common stock of the Company owned by USA on the date hereof, (b) Oil and Gas Properties transferred to the Company prior to the date hereof and (c) capital contributions to the Company that are applied directly by the Company to pay the Indebtedness owing on the Notes, USA will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, make any Investment in the Company without the Noteholders' prior written consent.
