Common use of Restriction on Liens Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Liens. No Loan Party is a party to any agreement or arrangement (other than Capital Leases creating Liens permitted by Section 7.2(d), but then only on the Property subject of such Capital Lease), or subject to any order, judgment, writ or decree, which either restricts or purports to restrict its ability to grant Liens to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties on or in respect of its Properties to secure the Obligations and the Loan Documents.

Restriction on Liens. No None of the Loan Party Parties is a party to any material agreement or arrangement (other than Capital Leases creating Liens permitted by Section 7.2(d), but then only on the Property subject of such Capital Lease)arrangement, or subject to any order, judgment, writ or decree, which either restricts or purports to restrict its ability to grant Liens to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of and the Secured Parties on or in respect of its their Properties to secure the Obligations Indebtedness and the Loan Documents.

Restriction on Liens. None of the Property of any Loan Party or Subsidiary thereof is subject to any Lien other than Permitted Liens. No Loan Party is a party to any agreement or arrangement (other than Capital Leases creating Liens permitted by Section 7.2(d), but then only on this Agreement and the Property subject of such Capital LeaseSecurity Instruments), or subject to any order, judgment, writ or decree, which that either restricts or purports to restrict its ability to grant Liens to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties on or in respect of its Properties to secure the Obligations and the Loan Documentsagainst their respective Properties that constitute Collateral.
