Common use of Restriction on Liens Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Liens. Neither the Borrower nor any of the Guarantors is a party to any material agreement or arrangement, or subject to any order, judgment, writ or decree, that either restricts or purports to restrict its ability to grant Liens to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders on or in respect of their Properties to secure the Obligations.

Restriction on Liens. Neither the Borrower nor any of the Guarantors is a party to any material agreement or arrangement, or subject to any order, judgment, writ or decree, that which either restricts or purports to restrict its ability to grant Liens to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders on or in respect of their Properties to secure the ObligationsObligations and the Loan Documents.

Neither the Borrower nor any of the Guarantors Guarantor is a party to any material agreement or arrangementarrangement (other than this Agreement and the Security Instruments), or subject to any order, judgment, writ or decree, that which either restricts or purports to restrict its ability to grant Liens to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and and/or the Lenders on or in respect of their Properties respective assets or Properties, except such restrictions in favor of the holders of Debt secured by Liens described in Sections 9.01(d) or 9.01(e) but only insofar as such restrictions pertain to secure the ObligationsProperty encumbered thereby.
