Restriction on Material Transfer. Xencor and its Affiliates shall not make available and/or transfer to Third Parties, other than those reasonably required for performance of the Ongoing Phase 1 Study, any Licensed Antibody or Licensed Product during the term of this Agreement after the Effective Date.
