Restriction on Term of Sublease or Assignment. The term of any subletting of the Leased Property or assignment of this Lease shall not extend beyond the Term of this Lease. Any sublessee or assignee shall be permitted to use the Leased Property for any lawful purpose, subject to the limitations set forth in Article 5 hereof.
