Restriction on Third Party Vendors. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, User will not enter into any third party vendor agreements that entail the use, presence, installation of systems or occupancy by any vendor of the User Office Space or Shared Space without Tenant’s prior written consent, which may be granted or withheld in Tenant’s sole and absolute discretion.
