Restriction on Transfer of PSUs. No PSUs shall be transferable by you other than by will or by the laws of descent and distribution. Any attempt to transfer the PSUs other than in accordance with the expressed terms of the Plan shall be void.
Restriction on Transfer of PSUs. You shall not sell, negotiate, transfer, pledge, hypothecate, assign, or otherwise dispose of the PSUs. Any attempted sale, negotiation, transfer, pledge, hypothecation, assignment or other disposition of the PSUs or unvested shares in violation of the Plan or this Agreement shall be null and void.
