Restriction on use for construction. Despite any other provision of this Instrument, the Easement Site cannot be used for vehicular access (or otherwise) to the Lot Benefited for the purposes of carrying out any demolition, excavation or construction works on the Lot Benefited, except for the necessary works carried out in accordance with clause 3.2.
