Restriction on Use of Fullscript API Sample Clauses

Restriction on Use of Fullscript API. You will not engage in any activity that disrupts us, End Users, or other developers, servers, security, networks, data, or applications or that otherwise violate the Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Further, you will not: ● use or access the Fullscript API or the Services to monitor the availability, performance, algorithms, or functionality of the Fullscript API, the Services, or any portion thereof or for any similar benchmarking purposes; ● circumvent technological measures intended to prevent direct database access, or manufacture tools or products to that effect; ● misrepresent or mask either your identity or your API Client’s identity when using the Fullscript API; ● except as authorized by us in writing, replicate any products or services offered by us, including the Fullscript API; ● modify, reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of the Fullscript API or our systems, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law; or ● remove any proprietary notices from the Fullscript API; ● use the use the Fullscript API in any manner or for any purpose that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of any person, or that violates any applicable law; ● combine or integrate the Fullscript API with any software, technology, services, or materials not authorized by Company; or ● use any spider, bot, or other automatic or manual device or process for the purpose of scraping, harvesting, compiling, indexing, surveying, building AI/machine learning models, or otherwise data mining information from the Fullscript API or Services, including probing, scanning, testing the vulnerability of or breaching the authentication measures of, the Fullscript API, Services, or any related networks or systems
