Common use of Restriction Clause in Contracts

Restriction. 12.1 Neither party shall at any time prior to or within twelve (12) months of termination or expiry of this Agreement solicit the employment of any person who is employed by the other in the course of providing, assisting or developing the Services, unless first agreed between the parties.
