Restrictions Binding on Subsidiaries of the Corporation. 5.01. The Parties here to agree that the provisions of the Agreement shall apply to; and shall be made to be binding upon; all present and future subsidiaries of the Corporation. The Corporation hereby agrees to undertake any and all measures, and provide such authorizations, as may be necessary to effectuate this requirement. The sale of, or termination of the Corporation’s control over any such subsidiary shall terminate the applicability to it of the Agreement.
