Restrictions Binding on Transferees. In addition to any other restrictions set forth herein, any transfer of the Shares or any interest therein shall be conditioned upon the transferee agreeing in writing, on a form prescribed by the Company, to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. Any sale or transfer of the Company’s Shares shall be void unless the provisions of this Agreement are satisfied.
