Common use of Restrictions; Forfeiture Clause in Contracts

Restrictions; Forfeiture. The Performance Share Units are restricted in that they cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise alienated or hypothecated. In the event you cease to be an employee of the Company and any subsidiary, other than as provided in Section 5 below, the Performance Share Units that are not vested on the date of such cessation of employment shall be immediately forfeited.
