Common use of Restrictions; No Other Licenses Clause in Contracts

Restrictions; No Other Licenses. Except as expressly set forth hereunder, neither Party grants to the other Party any rights, licenses, or covenants in or to any Intellectual Property Rights, whether by implication, estoppel, vicariously, indirectly, or otherwise, other than the license rights that are specifically and expressly granted under this Agreement. All rights not specifically and expressly granted by a licensing Party under this Agreement are reserved by such licensing Party and may be used or practiced by such licensing Party for any purpose.
