It is understood by the user that the bank does not provide him/her with any information in respect of the quality, timeliness, performance, functionality, accuracy, reliability, availability etc. of this network, any communication systems, or delivery channels used by the bank, nor does the bank guarantees that the operating system or any communication or delivery system shall be up to the standards provided by the bank or that such system will always be error or defect free.
