Restrictions on Actions by Secured Parties; Sharing of Payments Sample Clauses
This clause limits the actions that secured parties can take with respect to enforcing their rights or collecting payments under a security agreement. It typically requires that secured parties act collectively rather than individually, and that any payments received by one secured party are shared proportionally among all secured parties according to their respective interests. The core function of this clause is to prevent individual secured parties from acting independently in a way that could disadvantage others, ensuring fairness and coordination in the enforcement and distribution of collateral proceeds.
