Restrictions on Activities of the Executive. Contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, or shortly thereafter, the Company will provide Executive with access to Proprietary Information with additional opportunities to broaden the Company’s services and develop the Company’s customers in a matter not previously available to the Executive. Ancillary to the consideration to be provided pursuant to Section 9(a) hereof, including but not limited to the Company’s agreement to provide Proprietary Information to Executive and Executive’s agreement not to disclose Proprietary Information, and in order to protect the Proprietary Information, the Company and Executive agree to the non-competition provisions set forth in this Section.
