RESTRICTIONS ON ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST. Except as may be provided in Sections 7.4, 10 or 12. 1, and 11. I above, no Partner shall transfer, sell, assign, give or otherwise dispose of his or her Partnership Interest or a part thereof, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, or at judicial sale or otherwise.
