Restrictions on Borrower Assignments. The Borrower may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder, under any other Transaction Document, or in connection herewith or therewith, or any interest herein or therein (voluntarily, by operation of law or otherwise) without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the satisfaction of the “know your customer” requirements of the Administrative Agent; provided, that the Borrower may transfer or sell Receivables in connection with a Release or as otherwise permitted hereunder or under any other Transaction Document.
