RESTRICTIONS ON COLLATERAL DISPOSITION. Except for any restrictions imposed under the Xxxxxx Security Agreement, the June Bridge Loan Security Agreement and the September Bridge Loan Security Agreement (each as hereinafter defined), none of the Collateral is subject to contractual obligations that may restrict or inhibit the Agent’s rights or ability to sell or dispose of the Collateral or any part thereof after the occurrence of an Event of Default.
