Executive agrees that while employed by Inspire, and for twelve (12) months after the last day Executive is employed by Inspire, Executive will not be employed by or otherwise perform services for an organization which is engaged in the research and development, marketing, or distribution of a product or treatment which is the same as or which competes with any product or treatment offered or being developed by Inspire during, or as of the date of termination of, Executive’s employment with Inspire.
