Restrictions on Cure Rights; Accordion. Notwithstanding anything in the Credit Agreement to the contrary, the Borrower shall not, directly or indirectly, (x) exercise any “equity cure right” described in Section 8.05 of the Credit Agreement, or (y) request, effect or incur any Revolving Commitment Increase or any Incremental Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.14 of the Credit Agreement.
