Common use of Restrictions on data Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on data. No data in projects associated with the BloodPAC Data Commons may be removed from the BloodPAC Data Commons. All viewing, analysis and use of data in projects associated with the Blood PAC Commons must be done with: i) applications, tools and services provided by the BloodPAC Data Commons; or ii) set up by the User using BloodPAC Data Commons- provided applications, virtual machines or containers, following the Privacy and Security Policies and any BloodPAC Data Commons specific privacy and security policies that may be developed
