Restrictions on Dealing with Indenture Estate. Except as provided in the Operative Documents, but subject to the terms of this Indenture, the Owner Lessor shall not use, operate, store, lease, control, manage, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with the Facility, the Facility Site, any part of the Facility Site or any other part of the Indenture Estate.
