RESTRICTIONS ON DEALINGS. The Chargor may not: (a) create or permit to subsist any Security Interest on any of its assets; or (b) either in a single transaction or in a series of transactions and whether related or not and whether voluntarily or involuntarily sell, lease, transfer, redeem or otherwise dispose of all or any part of its assets, unless permitted under the Credit Agreement.
