Restrictions on Deposits. Pending distribution or expenditure in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, funds of the Company may be invested, in the reasonable discretion of the Manager, in United States government obligations, insured obligations which are rated not lower than AA by Standard & Poor's or have a comparable rating from a nationally recognized rating agency, collateralized bank time deposits, repurchase agreements, money market funds, commercial paper which is rated not lower than P-1, certificates of deposit which are rated not lower than AA by Standard & Poor's or have a comparable rating from a nationally recognized rating agency, banker's acceptances eligible for purchase by the Federal Reserve and bonds and other evidences of indebtedness and preferred stock which are rated not lower than AA by Standard & Poor's or are of a comparable credit quality.
