Restrictions on Disposition and Encumbrance. The Provider will not transfer, encumber or sell or agree to transfer, encumber or sell or otherwise change or agree to change the legal or beneficial interests of the Development or any part of the Development without the prior written approval of BC Housing, in its sole discretion.
