Restrictions on Disposition of Properties. Except as permitted by Article 9 and Sections 5.9, 6.2, 6.3, 6.7, 10.1 and 10.3, the Grantor shall not sell, assign, transfer, convey, mortgage, pledge, charge, grant a security interest in or otherwise dispose of or encumber any interest in the Properties.
