Restrictions on Employee’s Use of Confidential Information. Except in connection with and in furtherance of Employee’s official duties with and on behalf of the Company, Employee shall not at any time or in any manner use, copy, disclose, divulge, transmit, convey, transfer or otherwise communicate any Confidential Information to any person or entity, either directly or indirectly, without the Company’s prior written consent.
