Licensee acknowledges and agrees that it shall not import, export, or re-export the Derivative Works or related Documentation to any country in violation of the laws and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction. Licensee further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Licensor harmless for any losses, costs, claims, or other liabilities arising out of Licensee’s breach of this Section.
