Restrictions on Facility Increase. (A) Any Accordion Increase shall be established as an increase in Commitments to the Facility and all other terms and condition of the Facility shall apply (without prejudice to any separate fee offered by the Company in respect of that Accordion Increase). (B) The aggregate of all Commitments established under all Accordion Increases shall not at any time exceed £150,000,000.
