Common use of Restrictions on Informal Amendments Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Informal Amendments. No course of dealing or waiver on the part of the Administrative Agent, the Managing Agents, the Collateral Agent, any Lender or any Affected Party, or any of their officers, employees, consultants or agents, or any failure or delay by any such Person with respect to exercising any right, power or privilege under the Notes, this Agreement or any other Transaction Document shall operate as an amendment to the express written terms of the Notes, this Agreement or any other Transaction Document or shall act as a waiver of any right, power or privilege of any such Person.
