Restrictions on Liens and Sale and Leaseback Transactions. (A) For so long as the Bonds are outstanding and the Bond Insurer has fully performed all of its obligations under the Bond Insurance Policy, the Borrower will not, nor will it permit any Significant Subsidiary to, (1) issue, incur, assume or permit to exist any Debt, if such Debt is secured by a Lien on any Principal Property (whether such Principal Property is now owned or hereafter acquired), unless the Borrower provides that the Bonds will be equally and ratably secured with such secured Debt or (2) incur or permit to exist any Attributable Debt in respect of Principal Property; provided, however, that the foregoing restriction shall not apply to:

For this purpose, funded debt means any Debt which by its terms matures at or is extendable or renewable at the sole option of the obligor without requiring the consent of the obligee to a date more than twelve months after the date of the creation of such Debt.
