RESTRICTIONS ON LOBBYING – FEDERAL REQUIREMENT. This Agreement is subject to 24 C.F.R. 87 which prohibits the payment of Federal funds to any person for influencing or attempting to influence, any public officer or employee in connection with the award, making, entering into, extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any Federal contract, grant, loan, or agreement.

  • Restrictions on Lobbying The subrecipient shall not use funds made available to it under this Agreement to pay for, influence, or seek to influence any officer or employee of a State or Federal government.
